  • Roof Inspections

    We do a comprehensive inspection of the roof's entire structure checking for moisture intrusion. Inspection inludes all roof related items , the roof covering materials such as shingles, flashings, the vents, trim, drip edges, gutterrs & downspouts as well as skilights, chimneys and other roof penetrations.

  • Deck Inspections

    Our deck inspections includea detailed look into the foundation and safety precautions that are required by code.

  • Plumbing Inspections

    All components of the the plumbing system will be taken under consdration. We check for leaks, proper drainage and clearances, gas lines, water heaters, water pressure and a host of other plumbing related items.

  • Electrical Inspections

    Our electrical inspections are comprehensive reviews of the entire electrical system.  This service includes but not limited to grounding system, junctions boxes, fuses, breakers, visible and exposed wiring, switches and outlets.
